Refund/Cancellation

Please request cancellations and refunds within 24 hours from your order purchase date because your shipping label will be paid for and printed after that window.

Q: How can I change the shipping address or correct an error I made in the address?

A: Send an email to ubebunbun@gmail.com with the following included:

  1. In the subject: “Address Correction + ‘Your Order #’”
  2. Full Name
  3. Email Used For Confirmation
  4. Correct Address

 

Q: How long will my order take to reach me (Domestic)?

A: We ship from TX so it depends based on where you’re located, and all orders are sent anywhere from 1-7 days after the order is placed. We also allow for the 24 hour cancellation window before we ship as well. A confirmation email will be sent to you when your order is shipped. If you haven’t received your order after that, send us an email and we’ll try to assist however we can but please be aware that after your order has been shipped it is no longer our responsibility. 

 

Q: How is shipping cost calculated (Domestic)?

A: We have several flat-rate options for domestic shipping:

- Flat Items Only, Stamped, Untracked ($0.75)
- Standard Mailer, Tracked ($3.25)
- Hats, Tracked ($4.50)
- Sweaters, Tracked ($10.00)

Q: Do you ship internationally?

A: Yes! We have several options for International shipping:

- Flat Items Only, Stamped, Untracked ($2.50)
- First Class Package, Tracked ($12.00)
- Sweater Mailer, Tracked ($20.00)

Your order may take 2-4 weeks to reach you. If you haven’t received your order after that, send us an email and we’ll try to assist however we can but please be aware that after your order has been shipped it is no longer our responsibility. 

 

Q: What's the best way to affix my patch?

A: All of our patches have iron-on backing but we recommend sewing them on for the longest-lasting placement.

 

Q: What if I order a pre-order item and in-stock items?

A: If you order a pre-order item and also in-stock items, we'll mail everything together when the pre-order is complete! If you want to receive in-stock items sooner, please place two separate orders.
